Privacy Policy
We hold what is needed to print, pack and deliver an order, and no more. This policy explains what that is, why we have it and how to get it changed or removed. It is written to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with the rules made under it.
Data we hold
- Order data — name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number, email address.
- Transaction data — items ordered, date, amount, and the success/failure result the UPI gateway returns.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, via cookies and analytics.
- Correspondence — your emails and any unboxing video sent with a damage claim.
We hold no card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs or banking passwords. Authentication happens inside your own UPI app.
Why we hold it
To process and deliver orders, keep you posted on progress, handle returns, refunds and cancellations, answer your questions, meet Indian record-keeping obligations and screen for fraud. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and marketing email goes only to people who asked for it.
Who else sees it
Our courier partners get the name, address and phone number needed to deliver. Our UPI gateway processes the payment. Disclosure otherwise happens only where a court, regulator or law-enforcement agency requires it under Indian law.
Cookies
Cookies hold your cart between pages, remember your session and give us aggregate traffic figures. Block or clear them in your browser if you prefer; the store works, but your cart may not persist.
Retention
Order and transaction records are kept as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires. Support correspondence is kept while a case is open and for a reasonable period after. Then it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, order data is reachable only by the people who fulfil orders, and payment credentials never arrive on our servers at all. No system is flawless, so we deliberately keep very little.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
You may request a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, ask us to erase what we no longer need, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. Write to the Grievance Officer below; we respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.
Children
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Damage claims and replacement requests
An unboxing video sent with a damaged-item report is used solely to assess and settle that replacement request, and is kept only until the case closes.
