What to write in
- Sizing help — send us the width of your wall and the piece you are considering, and we will tell you whether it works before you order.
- Order not moving — quote the order number. If tracking has been static over 48 hours we chase the courier ourselves.
- Damaged, cracked or wrong print — attach the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we settle it as a replacement or refund, without asking you to post it back.
- Return, exchange or cancellation — email from the address you ordered with, quoting the order number, so we can match it to the record.
We answer during working hours, usually inside one working day. There is no phone queue — the number above reaches the same small team, and email leaves both of us a written record.
